How do I join?
Joining is easy and can be done from our home page (www.pluslotto.com) or from any page on our site via a link on the top right hand corner of your screen. When registering as a Member, you will need to choose a user name and password and provide us with some personal and security information. Once you become a Member, you will receive our weekly newsletter with Golotto draw results.

What is the 'Tell a friend' programme?
There are a number of ways to refer your friends to us and every time you do, we reward you! You earn US$6.00 for every depositing Member you send our way and 10% of the drop (money left over after prizes are paid out to Members) for as long as they play on our site.

How do I get started?
A minimum deposit of EUR15 must be made into your PLUS Lotto account to start playing (see Depositing below). Once the deposit has been authorised by the appropriate banking authority, it will reflect in your Cleared Balance and you will be ready to play or donate. All winnings are reflected in your 'winnings account' and can be withdrawn at any time.

How much does it cost to join?
Membership is completely free and there is absolutely no obligation on you to play any of the games.

How do I deposit money into my account?
There are various ways to deposit money into your account:

1. Credit card deposit
   Enter your credit card details (you can add up to four credit cards) and the amount you would like to deposit. PLUS Lotto will automatically credit your account as soon as authorisation is received from your bank. This ordinarily takes a couple of seconds.
   
   Remember, with PLUS Lotto, your details are safe.

2. Cheque / money order deposit

You can also pay us, in any strong currency, by cheque or money/postal order. The EUR equivalent will be paid in into your playing account based on the rate of exchange on the day your payment is cleared by Liechtenstein Landesbank AG Vaduz. You will be notified via email when we receive your cheque/money order. Be sure to include your PLUS Lotto user name with your payment to avoid unnecessary delays in locating your playing account.

Can I use different credit card numbers to deposit?
You can add up to four credit cards.

When I use a credit card what will appear on my credit card statement?
When you deposit we will inform you as to what to expect on your credit card statements and we will also send you an email confirmation of such. Your credit card will be billed in your local currency with an equivalent amount.

Do you charge me any fees for using my credit card?
We don't charge you any transaction fees at all.

What currency can I deposit in?
You can deposit in any currency. Your credit card will be debited in your local currency.

There is a maximum limit of EUR500.00 per week for all new Players. No minimum is required.

What happens if more than one person wins the jackpot(s)?
The jackpot cash prize will be shared equally amongst those who have matched all winning numbers.

How do I know if I have won?
If you win in the Golotto weekly Lottery, PLUS Lotto will send you an email detailing the prize(s) you have won and automatically credit your winnings balance with the appropriate amount.

Winnings on any of our instant games are displayed on screen to you and automatically credited to your Winnings balance.

How will I receive my winnings from PLUS Lotto?
Prizes are automatically credited to your PLUS Lotto account and are reflected in the winnings balance. Members may request payment of the winning balance at any stage. Amounts under EUR100 will be paid in cash. Members withdrawing winnings of more than EUR100 will be paid by cheque or bank transfer, depending on your country of residence. Cheques are sent by registered mail and are received in approximately 15 days. Proof of eligibility to play and authority to use the credit card will be required before prizes are paid out.

How does 'Spin & Win' work on the instant games?
Spin & Win lets you boost your scratchcard prize up to EUR100,000.00! Click 'Spin' and if the wheel stops on a red sector you boost your stake by your selected odds - stop on black and you have lost.

You'll notice that as you choose bigger odds, the chances of winning go from even on a x2 wheel, to one in five on a x5 wheel. Click the options to see the odds. If you don't want to risk all your stake, you can select 'insurance' where you only play with half.

Select the 'Forgot Password?' link from the Login page, complete the details requested and we will email your password to you.

Why do you need my credit card details?
Like your national or state lottery, PLUS Lotto is a pay-to-play lottery, so to participate in any of our games you need to deposit money into your PLUS Lotto account and the most convenient and safe way to do this is via credit card.

Why do I need security questions?
As an additional security feature, PLUS Lotto will ask you to answer extra security questions from time to time. You may give answers to the two default questions, or choose your own questions and answers.

What level of security does PLUS Lotto use for the Internet?
All traffic between PLUS Lotto and yourself via the Internet is encrypted with 128 bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This is a widely accepted encryption mechanism in use by all leading e-commerce businesses, including most banks internationally.

What is the difference between my cleared balance and my winnings balance?
Any money you deposit into your account will reflect in your cleared balance. You may not withdraw from this balance, only play. All your winnings are paid into your winnings balance from which you may withdraw funds. If you have money in both accounts your play money is taken from your cleared balance first. If it reaches a zero balance funds are then taken from the winnings balance.

How do I get a link to your website?
To link to PLUS Lotto, all you need to do is to join as a Member. Joining is free and once registration has been completed, visit our Affiliate Gallery to choose from a selection of banners, buttons, pop ups and other links that can be added to your own website, to your newsletters or your emails.

What's in it for me?
Whether you add a link to the footer of your emails, or position our project news, banners or buttons across your site, we will pay you every time a Member that you refer plays our games - for life! For every Member who joins and makes their first deposit with a credit card we have not seen before, we'll pay you US$6.00 and then 10% of that Member's 'drop'.

What is 'drop'?
The drop is the amount played minus prize payouts. Taking Golotto as an example, 60% of the ticket price funds prizes paid back to Members. The remainder is the drop - essentially what the Member leaves behind.
